first off I'm compelled to review and pass on that the headphone jack will not accommodate the average adapter that allows a wireless headphone dual RCA to stereo headphones due to the shape of the headphones slot on the DVD unit. it just wont fit in the deep socket but I'm sure there is an extension that will work.Other than that .... A decent system and has been easy to set up and disassemble as I have to move every 6 months.The unit still packs away well and travels well when he put in a box. Would get a smaller unit though as the box is quiet large.Decent sound, but the base may be a bit boring and hard through a wall of apartments around the need for wireless headphones..

The bag is very durable and sturdy. I'm really surprised how nice it is, considering the price.Its bigger than I thought it would (almost too big), but it fits everything you need for a day trip or long walk photo. THE GOOD I found this 8.0 GB Sandisk card worked well with my Nikon D300. I used it to photograph a wedding a few weeks ago and it kept up with my camera inburst mode at 6 frames per second.11-12 mega bites for each frame.Took over 300 pictures in RAW and use only 5.5 gig of their 8.0. Not as fast as the Ultra III but close. Very please with this card.For the price for a photographer with a budget that deserves the price. Also used Sandisk SD cards in my other Nikon cameras and they work just as well. THE BAD: A bit slow downloading to my computer but at that point I am not in a hurry. The Ugly: Some of my shots, but its not wine..

I have been using these Sony DV tapes since 2002 and have a few hundred off, of varying batches and quanties which i have bought from year to year.There has never been a problem with any tape and the quality is very high, in picture and sound I do not reuse tapes and so could not tell you anything about how many times you can film over them. The good thing about 10 away from one of the boxes they come in individual packages, so you pack your bag or backpack. As other have advised, stick to the same brand in your camcorder and stock up before you depart on your holiday as they are expensive abroad. The DV tape is recommended..
